I watch my television
The bad guys don’t get a thing
Why is it, oh why is it?
The good guys always win

Identity Crisis – 10th March 1986
Identity crisis
Who am I?
What am I?
Urban guerrilla
Sniper, killer
Woman, man, spy
Who am I?
What am I?
Identity crisis
Empty room
Empty head
Foreign instincts
Being bred
Kick in the teeth
Violent crime
Identity crisis
Life is time
Urban guerrilla
Sniper, killer
Slipway – 7th March 1986
Slipped through my fingers
Like a slimy snake
I’m standing on the slipway
Standing in the wake
On slippery turns
The pressure increases
You fall away
As the slipway releases
Sorry – 6th March 1986
I’m always saying sorry
Me and my big mouth
Every time I open it
The wrong words come out
I’m always saying sorry
Even when I’m quiet
Even with my mouth shut
I can’t get it right
I’m sorry, I’m sorry for everything I’ve done
I’m sorry, I’m sorry for ruining your fun
Funnyfather – 5th March 1986
Bones made my funnyfather
Skin held him together
Blood pumps around his veins
Funnyfather had funny brains
Screams his agony
In and out of reality
See his other face
Funnyfather has no case
Avalanche – 4th March 1986
She avalanched all over me
She won’t ever set me free
She covered me with her snow
She won’t ever let me go
But I’m really glad
That she advanced
I’m really happy
She avalanched
Repair – 2nd March 1986
The bicycle
The television
The washing machine
All need revision
And my body aches
I didn’t take enough care
I’m in a bad way
In need of repair
No Handed Clock – 1st March 1986
No handed clock
Tells you the time
There’s no ties
There’s no crime
No handed clock
Keeps you free
No time to stop
No time for me
No handed clock
Never ever stops
Victorian Manner – 26th February 1986
Dressed in silk
White veil covers her face
Flowing hair under her hat
Decorated with lace
Long white dress
Gloves to her shoulder
The Victorian manner
Has got no older
The Three Wise Monkies – 25th February 1986
The three wise monkies saw nothing
The three wise monkies heard nothing
The three wise monkies said nothing
They were given an award
For their political actions
They became the prime minister
Of three factions
One saw
One heard
One said
Nothing
