Ass Over Tit – 25th August 1986

August 25, 1986January 13, 2024 ~ shaun tenzenmen ~ Leave a comment

Slippery ice
Isn’t nice
People surround
The dodgy ground
They saw you do it
Fall ass over tit

Debris – 22nd August 1986

August 22, 1986January 9, 2024 ~ shaun tenzenmen ~ Leave a comment

Picking up the pieces
The wreckage of your heart
You showered my desire
Right from the start
You showered me in debris
Made me unable to see
That your friends and you
Were my wrecking crew

Stoneface – 21st August 1986

August 21, 1986January 9, 2024 ~ shaun tenzenmen ~ Leave a comment

Come alive when I kiss you
My princess, I miss you
You turned yourself to stone
Your feelings never shown
You died all on your own
Stonehead on your headstone

Forward Into Battle – 19th August 1986

August 19, 1986January 9, 2024 ~ shaun tenzenmen ~ Leave a comment

Soldiers stand up
Ready to die
Ready to fight
Behind enemy lines
As they hear the guns rattle
They run into battle
Running into troubled ground
Sounds of gunfire all around
Sarge screams ‘Fight til you die’
Soldier screams and loses his life
By guns, grenades, bullets
Bombs, bazooka or knife
You must go forward
You must go on
Kill or be killed
Til the job is done

Boys Do Cry – 18th August 1986

August 18, 1986January 9, 2024 ~ shaun tenzenmen ~ Leave a comment

I’ve seen a tear
From a boy’s eye
It is true
Boys do cry
Boys don’t like it
They run and hide
They don’t want people
To know they’ve cried
The most tears
From someone’s eye
I saw in my mirror
Boys do cry

Father Of The Bride – 16th August 1986

August 16, 1986January 9, 2024 ~ shaun tenzenmen ~ Leave a comment

Daughter engaged to be wed
Father wishes he was dead
Got no money to show support
Catch twenty-two and he was caught
Father of the bride
Run out of money
Run out of pride

Thirty-Fifth Of June – 5th August 1986

August 5, 1986January 8, 2024 ~ shaun tenzenmen ~ Leave a comment

What a great day
It’s coming soon
I wanna be there
On the thirty-fifth of June

Moods – 4th August 1986

August 4, 1986January 8, 2024 ~ shaun tenzenmen ~ Leave a comment

You get ’em good
You get ’em bad
I can’t remember
How many I’ve had
Happy one day
Depressed the next
Moods move me
I’m so upset

Spill Your Beer – 3rd August 1986

August 3, 1986January 8, 2024 ~ shaun tenzenmen ~ Leave a comment

You’re so drunk
Landlord says ‘Get out of here’
You get so angry
Cos he made you spill your beer

Appointment – 2nd August 1986

August 2, 1986January 8, 2024 ~ shaun tenzenmen ~ Leave a comment

Turned up for my appointment
I was too late
I was told to sit down
I had to wait
This appointment made me
Late for the next one
I had to wait again
Which was no fun
Now I’ve learnt my lesson
Appointments, I don’t make
I just turn up
And hope I don’t have to wait
