The Leaving – 15th April 1995

~ shaun tenzenmen

The body twinges and jumps
Twitches and shudders, gasping for breath
Heartbeats to
Heart
Beats
Until finally it gives up on life
(You are still alive)
Body useless now, soul departed
Memories left for the teary eyes

Time is short, we know. All comments sincerely appreciated.
