Un-Friend – 19th July 2025

~ shaun tenzenmen

Banality fills the room
It’s an anti-vacuum
Staid and similar
Full of the familiar
Everybody’s un-friend

Taciturnly diffident
Aloof and indifferent
Unable to identify
Impossible to classify
Everybody’s un-friend

No room to be idealised
No personality identified
An either or extreme
Unbalanced living, being
Nobody’s friend

Time is short, we know. All comments sincerely appreciated.
