Today’s Daily Stoic poem:
When I read the title, all I could think of was bog roll, Shaun, and then I read the poem! I once had a roll of toilet paper with similar things printed on it. The font threw me off at first, very Shakespearean, but the shape and layout told me otherwise. I chuckled at ‘Bars are museums of speech’. There is truth in ‘To be human is to be an animal that needs witnesses’.

I didn’t think of that Kim but it makes for an interesting double meaning of b-roll. I’m not sure about the font but ran out of spare time with the formatting.

We can certainly get bogged down in the mire of relationships! I really like the ideas of growing pumpkins and saving the horse. Good one, Shaun!

Cheers Lynn 🙏
I can’t take any credit for the actual words – just the organisation of them.
What was interesting was that I put the original article into an AI checker and it was deemed 100% human but when I put this resulting poem into the checker it was deemed 100% AI!

don’t believe everything you read. The font is too small dear Shaun. But your words have a life of their own. That humans need witnesses. Oh yes. Don’t we know. Especially young ones on social media. Thanks Shaun.
