Rock legend dies
The revolution he never asked for
Killed him in front of his follower’s eyes

Sad loser took the easy way out
Gave up instead of getting away
To take the chance to play another day
Talent gone and forgotten by next century
That’s the waste
And the fame others hope to taste
Will still dangle like a carrot

  1. I think his mindset and the pressure of it all was too much for him. I’m glad you didn’t blame Courtney Love! Everyone always tends to do that which is so unfair. You also haven’t been especially kind to him, which is interesting. He wasn’t the most pleasant person from what I’ve read from people who worked with him, but he was obviously in pain. But he was definitely a rock legend and I’m glad we have his music.
