2nd May 2025 – They must have been listening. Something about them obviously bothered me at the time. I guess I was still jamming on their early work and whatever I heard around this time didn’t cut the mustard for me.

Screaming Bloody Mess is gone! The site is still paid for for another year if anyone wants to get it back up and running…
2nd May 2025 – Screaming Bloody Mess was one of the first punk website and forums that I came across in Australia and was a who’s who of the punk scene at the time. It was already well established by the time I found it and I did get involved a little bit to keep it up and running for while until it eventually faded away. I made some good friends and acquaintances there and there was a fun feeling of cooperation, for me at least. I’ll have to go and check the Wayback Machine to see if I can revive some of the hilarity for there, particularly my post ‘Shitting in the shower’ which seemed to polarise a lot of people!
