30th Oct 2023 – Back to Sydney after an epic trip through mainland China (dragon-boating and concert-watching), Hong Kong (shopping and sweating), Malaysia (befriending and tour-following) and Singapore (befriending and tour-following too). This was a very inspiring time for me though also the last time I made it to China. I’m kind of reticent to go again knowing how quickly things can change there in just a few months. I would miss the old China that I saw even in the cities.
A split release with Cactus Records, produced in Kuala Lumpur by some folks who would soon become long time friends and in time for a South East Asia tour for Crux that I jumped on after a trip around China. Crux were Anna, Lex, John and Lachlan, from Sydney, Australia. Pazahora were Hafiz, Hannah, Hood and Zafran.
Facebook update: ….beats the typhoon to head to Malaysia in the morning.
