she was

playfully smart

knowing when to be dumb

and when to smile, revealing who

she was


he was

a cowardly

bully, even his friends

didn’t care for him very much

either


and so

she tried to tame

him, not understanding

that deep down, he could not change who

he was

    1. In general, she is a smart kid.

      I don’t know why she persists with this guy especially as she is always quarrelling with him, which is what leads me to conclusion that she is trying to mold him into what she wants him to be. And while that may be for him to be a better person, it’s not really up to her.

      She will figure it out.
